• Large single room (1,40m x 2,00m -1,60m bed) with shower / WC 17 square meters
• Studio 1 single room with kitchenette and shower / WC (sofa bed can be made for another person) 20 square meters
• Double room with shower / toilet or bath / WC (sofa bed can be made for another person) 23 square meters
• TWIN Double room with separate beds and shower / WC 17 square meters
• Studio 2 double room with kitchenette and shower / WC (extra bed can be made for another person) 23 square meters
• Four bedded room equipped with one double bed with 2,00m x 2,00m, one alcove bed 0,90m x 2,00m and single room accessible through connection door 0,90m x 2,00m (room has sloping ceiling and maximum ceiling height of 1.80m!) And bath / WC (sofa bed can be made for another person) 26 square meters
• Studio 4 Quadruple room with double bed 2,00m x 2,00m and 2 single beds 0,90m x 2,00m with kitchenette and shower / WC (sofa bed can be made for another person) 25 square meters

All rooms are on the 1st and the 2nd floor. An elevator is not available.
Each room is equipped with a television, telephone and free Wi-Fi access.

• Extra bed adult: 13,00 €
• Extra bed adult: 8,00 €
• One child is free of charge in parents' bed.

Smoking

is no longer allowed in the rooms. There will be a cleaning fee of 100,00 € per night per day if this rule wouldn't be followed.

Allergies

We usually have beds with daun feathers, please let us know before arrival if you got any allergies, we switch to synthetic laundry.

Single occupancy

You need a single room and there are only large rooms available?
For direct booking, we draw 5,00 € for each bed which will not be used.

Long-term guests

are happy to be requested discounts. From 5 nights (in a row), we grant 10% of the room rate.

Companies rate

from 100 overnight stays a year, we offer a corporate rate. We do not give this discount in advance.

Breakfast

Per child up to 10 years / day 5,00 €
Children under 5 years free of charge

Our breakfast hours are open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM after consultation, we may prepare you breakfast from another time.

Breakfast includes hot drinks, water and juices and all hot and cold food.

Pets

Pets are welcome, but we ask for registration. Out of consideration for other guests let us ask to bring the animals only after consultation with the dining area.

Also, please ensure that the animals do not go to bed.

If the dog or cat causing extra cleaning costs, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of 5,00 € / day.
